Placing Contactless Order
Order online or place your order over the phone. Payments are taken ahead of time to avoid contact.
Pick UP
Stand back 2-meters from our staff and other customers Come to front counter. If not paid for give us your name and phone number. Will bring out your order and place it on our pickup table. Wait until our staff goes back inside, then you may take your food. The service area is sanitized frequently. *setups for each location may vary. We have limited area in the waiting are, so please social distance if others are ahead of you.
Delivery
if you are Ordering Online, at checkout, in the “comments” section, enter instructions for the delivery driver (ex: “leave on doorstep”). If you are ordering over the phone, give the driver instructions to the phone person. The driver will call you once they arrive. Please acknowledge the driver from your window.
Your food will be safely placed at your door. DO NOT open the door to accept your food until the driver has stepped away at least 2-meters. The driver will watch to confirm that you have taken your food. We door pay at the door so please where a mask.
Apartments, Hotels & Public Buildings
At this time, our drivers are not entering any public buildings. The driver will call you once you arrive and you will meet them outside. Stand back 2-meters from the driver at all times. The driver will safely place down your food. Once they step away at least 2-meters, you may take your food.
Working Hard to protect you and us
We have been working hard to protect our community and staff. Your health and safety is our top priority while continuing to serve you quality food and superior service. Our operating procedures are being updated frequently as we are keeping up to date with the government’s recommendations. We ask that you kindly and patiently respect our changes in protocol; we are all in this together.
Cleaning and Sanitation
We have increased our existing cleaning and sanitization procedures along with implementing new protocol while following strict guidelines from the Canadian Health Authority. Our staff has modified workstations so they can keep a safe distance while preparing food; all touchpoints are disinfected frequently, all hygiene practices are carefully followed along with all other related measures.
